PIRATES chief Matt Ford has confirmed he is the sole owner of the club after buying out his former partner Mike Golding.
They took over the Elite League outfit in a 50-50 partnership in December 1998.
But Ford revealed he bought Golding's holding four months ago for an undisclosed figure.
Speculation has been mounting since the start of the season that the duo had gone their separate ways.
Now their split has finally been made public ahead of Poole's home clash Belle Vue tonight.
